LEVELING METHOD OF ASPHALT MIXTURE AND HEIGHT VISUAL RECOGNITION DEVICE FOR ASPHALT FINISHER
To provide a leveling method of an asphalt mixture without impairing smoothness of a paved road even if a paved road bed is not good, and a height visual recognition device for an asphalt finisher.SOLUTION: In a leveling method of an asphalt mixture that uses an asphalt finisher with a height visual recognition device fixed to a screed, the height visual recognition device has: a slack part that is disposed in front of the screed and has a lower end forming a height visual recognition part; and a moving mechanism that moves the slack part in an up-down direction. In a state that upper and lower positions of the screed are set so that a leveling thickness of the asphalt mixture reaches a predetermined standard leveling thickness, a height of the height visibility part from a paved road bed is set to a predetermined standard visual recognition height, and the asphalt mixture is leveled on the paved road bed while vertically moving the screed on the basis of the change in height from the paved road bed on the height visual recognition part and a state of the paved road bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】舗装路盤が良好でない場合であっても、舗装路の平坦性を損なうことのないアスファルト合材の敷き均し方法及びアスファルトフィニッシャ用高さ視認装置を提供する。【解決手段】高さ視認装置がスクリードに固定されたアスファルトフィニッシャを用いたアスファルト合材の敷き均し方法であって、高さ視認装置は、スクリードの前方に配置され下端が高さ視認部をなす弛み可能な弛み部と、弛み部を上下方向へ移動させる移動機構と、を有し、スクリードの上下位置をアスファルト合材の敷き均し厚さが所定の基準敷き均し厚さとなる位置とした状態で、高さ視認部の舗装路盤からの高さを所定の基準視認高さに設定し、高さ視認部の舗装路盤からの高さの変化と舗装路盤の状態とに基づいてスクリードを上下動させつつアスファルト合材を舗装路盤上に敷き均すようにした。【選択図】図７
