ASPHALT FINISHER AND ASPHALT FINISHER MONITORING SYSTEM
An asphalt finisher (100) comprises an audio output device (63), an information acquisition device (62) that acquires information pertaining to a dump truck (200) and an elevated obstacle (300) present around the machine body, and a controller (30) that controls the audio output device (63) on the basis of the information pertaining to the dump truck (200) and the elevated obstacle (300) acquired by the information acquisition device (62). The controller (30) is configured so as: to detect an elevated obstacle (300) in a location higher than a designated height present in the direction in which the machine body is advancing; to detect a dump truck (200) present in the direction in which the machine body is advancing; and to control the audio output device (63) on the basis of the positional relationship between the elevated obstacle (300) and the dump truck (200).
