CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF TEMPORARY PILE INSTALLED IN BASEMENT FLOOR OF EXISTING STRUCTURE
To provide a construction method capable of safely and easily installing a temporary pile in a basement floor of an existing building through a through-hole of each basement floor.SOLUTION: The construction method for installing the temporary pile in the basement floor of the existing building comprises: (1) a step of providing through-holes in floor slabs B1FL-B3FL of the basement floor and a foundation batholith B4FL located below; (2) a step of forming a casing 2 and an earth auger 4 which is rotated and lifted in the casing 2 through the through-holes; (3) a step of drilling a pile hole A in the ground below the basement floor while rotating the earth auger 4 in the casing 2; (4) a step of removing the casing 2 and the earth auger 4 from the basement floor; and (5) a step of erecting the temporary pile in the basement floor through the floor slabs B1FL-B3FL and the foundation batholith B4FL, and erecting a lower end thereof in the pile hole A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設建物の地下階に仮設杭を地下各階の貫通孔に貫通させて安全にかつ容易に設置する施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設建物の地下階に仮設杭を以下の工程により施工する。(1)地下階の各階床スラブB1FL~B3FL及びその下方に位置する基礎底盤B4FLに貫通孔を設ける工程。(2)上記貫通孔を貫通させてケーシング2及びケーシング2内を回転昇降するアースオーガ4を立て込む工程。(3)ケーシング2内でアースオーガ4を回転させながら地下階より下方の地盤中に杭孔Aを削孔する工程。(4)ケーシング2とアースオーガ4を地下階より撤去する工程。(5)地下階に仮設杭を各階床スラブB1FL~B3FL及び基礎底盤B4FLの貫通孔に貫通させて立て込み、その下端部を杭孔Aに立て込む工程。【選択図】図1
