SIDE PRESSURE SENSOR ATTACHING METAL FITTING FOR MOLD AND MOLD STRUCTURE
To provide a side pressure sensor attaching metal fitting for a mold capable of improving workability of side pressure measurement of the mold by easily changing an attachment position of a side pressure sensor without detaching a lateral end large member or an end large member pressing metal fitting.SOLUTION: A side pressure sensor attaching metal fitting comprises: a sensor attaching base metal fitting 11 provided with an end large member abutment part 11b abutting on a lateral end large member 3b as well as a screw bar 5 penetrating through an end large member pressing metal fitting 4 and a very large through hole 11a1 through which a fastening nut 6 screwed on the screw rod 5 passes, on which a side pressure sensor 7 is attached; and an insertion washer 12 hinged on the sensor attaching base metal fitting 11 as well as provided with a cutout part 12b through which the screw rod 5 penetrating through the end large member pressing metal fitting 4 and the sensor attaching base metal fitting 11 passes and fastened on the sensor attaching base metal fitting 11 with the fasten nut 6 screwed on the screw rod 5 penetrating through the cutout part 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】横端太材や端太材押え金具を取り外すことなく側圧センサの取付け位置を簡単に変更して型枠の側圧測定の作業性を向上する。【解決手段】横端太材３ｂに当接する端太材当接部１１ｂが設けられると共に、端太材押え金具４を貫通するネジ棒５およびそのネジ棒５に螺合する締付ナット６を通す過大通し孔１１ａ１が設けられ、側圧センサ７が取り付けられるセンサ取付ベース金具１１と、センサ取付ベース金具１１に掛止される共に、端太材押え金具４およびセンサ取付ベース金具１１を貫通したネジ棒５を通す切欠き部１２ｂが設けられ、当該切欠き部１２ｂを通ったネジ棒５に螺合する締付ナット６によりセンサ取付ベース金具１１に締付される差込み座金１２とを有する。【選択図】図２
