To provide a flight vehicle takeoff/landing place installed on a rooftop of an existing building as a workpiece, and capable of dealing with an impact load and an impact stress during landing of a flight vehicle.SOLUTION: A flight vehicle takeoff/landing place installed on a rooftop of a building, has: a flight vehicle takeoff/landing unit that has a takeoff/landing surface on which the flight vehicle takes off and lands; and a stress dealing mechanism due to an impact load that supports the flight vehicle takeoff/landing unit, and is installed such that there is substantially no space between the stress dealing mechanism due to the impact load and the rooftop of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
