To allow for landing and takeoff of a flight device with respect to a landing and takeoff base apparatus attached to an open/close body pivotable in the vertical direction irrespective of opening/closing of the open/close body.SOLUTION: A landing and takeoff base apparatus 3 for an on-vehicle flight device includes a base member 31 including a landing and takeoff surface 31a which is a surface which a flight device 2 lands on and takes off, and a support mechanism 36 which supports the base member 31 with respect to an open/close body (5) so that whether the open/close body (5) is in a close state or an open state, the landing and takeoff surface 31a is approximately horizontal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
