To provide a detached house suitable for future renovation to create a completely separate house for two families.SOLUTION: A detached house in an embodiment has a first floor and a second floor, and there is a staircase inside connecting the first floor and the second floor. The detached house includes: an entrance that has a front door located on the first floor: and a storage space located on the first floor facing the exterior wall of the first floor. The exterior wall further has a future door installation area facing the storage space and being large enough to accommodate the front door. A first traffic line connecting one of the entrance and the storage space to a top of the stairs is arranged so as not to divide a living space on the first floor, and a second traffic line, which connects the living space on the first floor to the other side, is arranged so as not to intersect with the first traffic line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 将来的な２世帯完全分離住宅への改築に適した戸建て住宅を提供する。【解決手段】 一実施形態に係る戸建て住宅は、１階と２階を有し、前記１階と前記２階を繋ぐ階段が屋内に配置されている。この戸建て住宅は、前記１階に配置された玄関扉を有する玄関と、前記１階に配置され、前記１階の外壁に面する収納空間と、を備えている。さらに、前記外壁は、前記収納空間に面するとともに玄関扉を設置可能な大きさを有する扉設置予定部を有し、前記玄関および前記収納空間の一方と前記階段の上り口を繋ぐ第１動線が前記１階の生活空間を分断せず、かつ他方と前記１階の生活空間を繋ぐ第２動線が前記第１動線と交差しないように構成されている。【選択図】 図１
