To provide a detached house suitable for future renovation to create a completely separate house for two families.SOLUTION: A detached house in an embodiment has a first floor and a second floor, and there is a staircase inside connecting the first and second floor. The detached house includes: an entrance having a front door on the first floor; a storage space facing an exterior wall on the first floor; a foundation placed below the exterior wall; and a base placed on the foundation. The exterior wall has a future door installation area facing the storage space, which has a size large enough to accommodate a front door. The future door installation area includes an area above the base, which is blocked by a wall material. The base includes a fixed portion located below the exterior wall excluding the future door installation area; and a removable part located below the future door installation area and removably connected to the fixed part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 将来的な２世帯完全分離住宅への改築に適した戸建て住宅を提供する。【解決手段】 一実施形態に係る戸建て住宅は、１階と２階を有し、１階と２階を繋ぐ階段が屋内に配置されている。この戸建て住宅は、１階に配置された玄関扉を有する玄関と、１階の外壁に面する収納空間と、外壁の下方に配置された基礎と、基礎の上に配置された土台とを備える。外壁は、収納空間に面するとともに玄関扉を設置可能な大きさを有する扉設置予定部を有する。扉設置予定部は、土台の上方で壁材によって塞がれた領域を含み、土台は、扉設置予定部を除く前記外壁の下方に位置する固定部分と、扉設置予定部の下方に位置し固定部分に対して着脱自在に連結された可撤部分とを含む。【選択図】 図１
