To provide technology capable of rigidly connecting ceiling joists to each other.SOLUTION: A joint metal fitting 23 is provided with a main part 79 in a flat plate shape, first extension parts 82 extending in a vertical direction 1, and second extension parts 83 in a flat plate shape extending in a second vertical direction 2 from the first extension part 82. At least two of the first extension parts 82 are placed apart in a lateral direction 2, and the second extension parts 83 are extended along in a direction opposite to each other the lateral direction 2 from the first extension part 82, respectively. The main part 79 has through holes 77, 78 penetrating through the second extension parts 83 in an overlapped state in the vertical direction 1, the second extension parts 83 have through holes 95, 99 overlapping with the through holes 77, 78 in the lateral direction 2, wherein extension end parts 94, 98 of the second extension parts 83 are made closer in the through holes 95, 99 on an upper surface 74 by a screw 101 inserted in the through holes 77, 78.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
