FORMWORK AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF PRECAST FLOOR SLAB
To provide a formwork capable of improving the workability of laying precast floor slabs on steel girders in the replacement of deck slabs while improving the quality after installation.SOLUTION: The formwork is used for forming a filling space for filler by blocking a gap between an upper flange of a steel girder and a precast floor slab. The formwork includes a weir board having a surface that abuts the edge of the upper flange and abuts against the underside of the precast floor slab; and a support bracket for supporting the weir board. The support bracket includes: a floor slab attachment to be attached to the underside of the precast floor slab; a weir board abutment abutting the rear surface of the weir board; and a steel girder abutment that abuts the underside of the weir board and the underside of the upper flange of the steel girder. The weir board is made of a material that has resilience.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
