FORMWORK AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF PRECAST FLOOR SLAB
To provide a formwork capable of improving the workability of laying precast floor slabs on steel girders in the replacement of deck slabs while improving the quality after installation.SOLUTION: The formwork forms a filling space for filler by blocking a gap between an upper flange of a steel girder and a precast floor slab. The formwork includes: a weir board that comes into contact with the edge of an upper flange and is adhesively bonded to the underside of the precast floor slab; and an anti-rotation device is detachably attached to the underside of the upper flange or the web surface of the steel girder. The opposing surfaces of the anti-rotation device and the weir board are adhered together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床版取替工事において、鋼桁にプレキャスト床版を敷設する際の作業性向上と、敷設後の品質向上を図ることである。【解決手段】鋼桁の上フランジとプレキャスト床版との間の隙間を塞ぎ、充填材の充填空間を形成する型枠であって、前記上フランジの縁部に当接するとともに、前記プレキャスト床版の下面に接着自在に接着されるせき板と、前記鋼桁の上フランジ下面もしくはウェブ面に着脱自在に接着される回転止めと、を備え、該回転止めと前記せき板の互いに対向する面どうしが接着されている。【選択図】図３
