EXTERIOR WALL STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide an exterior wall structure capable of water cutting-off between the frame body part of an upper side exterior wall panel and the frame body part of a lower side exterior wall panel, in a structure of bearing the frame part formation of a wall opening with the upper and lower exterior wall panels, and an exterior wall construction method.SOLUTION: In the present exterior wall structure, exterior wall panels integrated by vertically arranging multiple exterior wall surface materials are fixed to a building skeleton. A lower side exterior wall panel 1 has a lower side lateral frame material 11 and a lower side vertical frame part 12 of the right and left vertical frame materials in the frame body A1 of a wall opening A. An upper side exterior wall panel 2 has an upper side lateral frame material 21 and an upper side vertical frame part 22 of the right and left vertical frame materials in the frame body A1. A lower side water cut-off plate 13 stuck to an out-door face of the lower side vertical frame part 12 and extending upward from an upper end of the lower side vertical frame part 12, and an upper side water cut-off plate 23 stuck to the out-door face of the upper side vertical frame part 22 and extending downward from a lower end of the upper side vertical frame part 22 overlap with each other, and vertical inter-panel materials 4 are fitted to the overlapping part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】壁開口の枠部形成を上下の外壁パネルで担う構造において、上側の外壁パネルの枠体部分と下側の外壁パネルの枠体部分との間の止水が行える外壁構造および外壁施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】この外壁構造では、複数の外壁面材が上下に並べられて一体化された外壁パネルが建物躯体に固定される。壁開口Aの枠体A1における下側の横枠材11と左右の縦枠材の下側の縦枠部12を下側の外壁パネル1が備えており、枠体A1における上側の横枠材21と左右の縦枠材の上側の縦枠部22を上側の外壁パネル2が備える。下側の縦枠部12の屋外面に貼り付けられて当該下側の縦枠部12の上端から上方に張り出す下側の止水板材13と上側の縦枠部22の屋外面に貼り付けられて当該上側の縦枠部22の下端から下方に張り出す上側の止水板材23とが互いに重なり合い、この重なり箇所にパネル間縦材4が嵌め込まれている。【選択図】図5
