To provide a technology for supporting utilization of water.SOLUTION: A support system 1 comprises a mineral addition part for adding minerals to clean water, a water discharging apparatus for discharging the clean water to which the minerals are added by the mineral addition part, a maintenance timing calculation part for calculating a timing for maintenance of the mineral addition part on the basis of an elapsed time from a reference time or a usage of the mineral water, a reset part for resetting the reference time when the mineral addition part receives maintenance, and a notification part for notifying the following fact: though the mineral addition part has received maintenance, it is detected that the reference time is not reset.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
