To provide a decorative sheet which preferably exhibits a design improvement effect by a filling part.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 comprises: a base material layer 1; a design layer 2 arranged on one surface of the base material layer; a resin layer 3 arranged on a surface opposite to the base material layer on the design layer; and a surface protective layer 4 arranged on a surface opposite to the design layer on the resin layer. The resin layer has an irregular shape on a surface on the surface protective layer side. The decorative sheet has: a design improvement layer 5 including at least one of a coloring agent and a mat agent on the surface on the surface protective layer side of the resin layer. The design improvement layer has; filling parts 51 arranged in recess parts. In observation of a cross section of a decorative sheet, and in observation of a state of the filling parts in the recess parts, when the number of the filling parts whose whole part is covered with the surface protective layer is N1, and the number of the filling parts in which at least a part of the filling part is not covered with the surface protective layer, is N2, N2/(N1+N2) is 10% or more and 100% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
