【課題】強い触感を有しつつ、本物感を有する化粧シートを提供する。【解決手段】基材層１、意匠層２、保護層３、および、パターン状の盛上部４ａを有する盛上層４を、厚さ方向において、この順に有する化粧シート１０であって、上記保護層の６０°グロス値は、上記盛上層の６０°グロス値より小さく、上記盛上層の６０°グロス値は、２０以下であり、上記厚さ方向において、上記保護層の面積に対する上記盛上層の面積の割合は、１０％以上であり、隣り合う上記盛上部の平均間隔は、１．６ｍｍ以上である、化粧シートとする。【選択図】図１
