To provide a renovation fitting capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: A renovation fitting 1 includes: an existing frame 2 to be attached to an opening of a building structure 100; and a new frame 3 to be attached to the inner circumference of the existing frame 2. The new frame 3 includes: a new frame body 310; and a new frame divided part 340 that is placed on the outer periphery side of the new frame body 310. The divided part 340 of the new frame has an outdoor side part 346 and is fixed to the existing frame 2.
