To provide a lock/unlock control system which performs unlock of a gate, such as doors, related to delivery work addressed to a user and allows the user to easily receive delivery items without burdening a load of registering each piece of information for permitting unlocking of the gate in a server side for each delivery on the user.SOLUTION: A lock/unlock control system includes: a lock/unlock device 10 which controls lock/unlock of a gate G for restricting entry of a third party to a security space; a management server 20 such as a server device for managing information regarding the lock/unlock for the gate G and the delivery addressed to a user; a user terminal 30 being an information processing device operated by the user; a delivery agent terminal 40 being an information processing device operated by a person in charge of delivery work of a delivery agent who delivers delivery items addressed to the user; a message server 50 which provides a message service such as social media to the user terminal 30; and a storage device 60 which preserves the delivery item addressed to the user in a locked state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 扉などのゲートの解錠を許可する情報を各配送ごとに１つ１つサーバ側に登録するといった負担をユーザに負わすことなく、ユーザ宛の配送作業に伴うゲートの解錠を円滑に行い、配送物を容易に受け取り可能とする施解錠制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】 施解錠制御システムは、第三者によるセキュリティ空間への進入を規制するゲートＧの施解錠を制御する施解錠装置１０と、ゲートＧの施解錠およびユーザへの配送に関する情報を管理するサーバ装置等の管理サーバ２０と、ユーザが操作する情報処理装置であるユーザ端末３０と、ユーザ宛の配送物を配送する配送業者の配送業務担当者が操作する情報処理装置である配送業者端末４０と、ユーザ端末３０に対してＳＮＳなどのメッセージサービスを提供するメッセージサーバ５０と、ユーザ宛の配送物を施錠状態で保管する収納装置６０とを有して構成される。【選択図】 図１
