To provide a scouring-preventative structure and a construction method of a pile allowing relatively easier construction and scouring generated around a foundation structure formed on a seabed to be suppressed.SOLUTION: A scouring-preventative structure 2 formed around a pile 13 erected on the seabed GL comprises a disk-like member 3 installed on the seabed GL so as to surround an outer periphery of the pile 13, and a foot protection layer 4 made of a plurality of crushed rocks 41, 41 packed in bags installed on the seabed GL so as to surround an outer periphery of the disk-like member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
