To provide a bottom frame and a fitting which can suppress the tilt of a heated foam material.SOLUTION: A bottom frame 20 comprises: a bottom frame body 20Z with a bottom frame panel groove 24 formed by a bottom part 241, an outdoor side wall part 251 extending upward from the outdoor side of the bottom part 241 and an indoor side wall part 256 extending upward from the indoor side of the bottom part 241; a heated foam material T112 provided at a face 251a facing the bottom frame panel groove 24 in at least either the outdoor side wall part 251 or the indoor side wall part 256; and a regulation part 27 regulating the tilting of the heated foam material T112 until it is along the bottom part 241.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
