To provide a bottom frame and a fitting to which a panel support member can be easily fitted.SOLUTION: A bottom frame 20 comprises: a bottom frame body 20Z formed with a bottom frame panel groove 24 to be arranged with a lower end part 4d of a panel 4; and a metallic lower panel support member 27 to be arranged at the bottom frame panel groove 24. The lower panel support member 27 includes a panel support face 273u supporting the panel, and the panel support face 273u is not provided with a wall part opposite a face at the indoor side of the panel 4 and a wall part opposite a face at the outdoor side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
