To smoothly adjust use of an automobile.SOLUTION: An automobile comprises: start propriety determination means for determining propriety of start of use of an own vehicle depending on whether or not a key is used to open a door of the own vehicle, or whether or not the door of the own vehicle can be opened, or whether or not the key is used to start a drive unit of the own vehicle, or whether or not the drive unit of the own vehicle can be started; reboarding information storage means for storing information of a schedule of reboarding in a first storage unit; first discrimination means for discriminating whether or not the information of the schedule of the reboarding is stored in the first storage unit when it is determined that the start of the use of the own vehicle is possible by the start propriety determination means; and use permission means for permitting the use of the own vehicle by a person who attempts to board when it is discriminated that the information of the schedule of the reboarding is not stored by the first discrimination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
