CERAMIC-METAL JOINED BODY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a method capable of forming a thin line-shaped metal circuit pattern on a surface of a ceramic material, and provide a technique suitable for obtaining a joined body in which the ceramic material is integrated with a metal material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ceramic-metal joined body includes the steps of: forming a layer of metal powder on a film of a ceramic material having a film of Ti or TiN on a surface; and joining the ceramic material and the metal material derived from the metal powder in a portion irradiated with a laser beam to melt and solidify the metal powder by irradiating a layer of the metal powder with a laser beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
