To provide suspension bolt mounting hardware and a suspension bolt mounting structure that can improve workability.SOLUTION: Mounting hardware (200 to 200g) for mounting a suspension bolt 10 to suspension receivers (100, 100a) including a first C-shaped steel with an opening 116 directed to one side comprises: a locking portion 220 lockable to a lower lip 115 that constitutes the opening 116; a suspension bolt mounting portion 240 to which the suspension bolt 10 is mounted; temporary fixing portions (250 to 250d, 230, 250f, 250g) that perform temporary fixing to the suspension receivers (100, 100a); and fixing portions (210, 230) that can be fixed to the suspension receivers (100, 100a) in a state of temporary fixing by the temporary fixing portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
