METHOD FOR IMPROVING EXISTING HOLLOW FLOOR SLAB BRIDGE
To provide a method capable of preferably forming a desired partition wall in a void pipe of an existing hollow floor slab, and also to provide a method capable of fastening an anchor in a hollow part as expected.SOLUTION: A bag body insertion hole, an anchor insertion hole, and a fastening material injection hole are provided so as to reach a hollow part in a void pipe embedded in a hollow floor slab from an undersurface of the hollow floor slab. A bag body is made of a material preventing a prescribed fluid from passing through the bag body insertion hole into the hollow part and has an expansion part capable of expanding and being deformed into a cylindrical shape having a shaft in a lengthwise direction of the void pipe and an opening part. The bag body is inserted and a prescribed fluid is pressed and injected into the inserted bag body from the opening part so as to form a partition wall in the hollow part by causing inner pressure to expand and deform the expansion part of the bag body, and the opening part of the bag body is closed after pressing and injecting of the fluid is completed. An anchor is inserted from the anchor insertion hole to a position where a head part reaches the inside of the hollow part. A fastening material for fastening and fixing the anchor is injected in a space between the partition wall in the hollow part and an end face in a pipe shaft direction of the hollow part through the fastening material injection hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】既設の中空床版のボイド管内に所望の隔壁を良好に形成することのできる工法及び中空部内にアンカーを期待通りに定着することのできる工法を提供する。【解決手段】中空床版の下面から該中空床版に埋め込まれたボイド管内の中空部に達する袋体挿入用孔、アンカー挿入孔、定着材注入孔を設け、袋体挿入用孔より中空部内に所定の流体を通さない材料からなり、かつ前記ボイド管の長さ方向に軸をもつ円筒状に拡張変形可能な拡張部と、口部とを有する袋体を挿入し、挿入された袋体内に口部より所定の流体を圧入し、袋体の拡張部を内圧により拡張変形させて中空部に隔壁を形成し、流体の圧入完了後、袋体の口部を閉じる。さらに、アンカー挿入孔より先頭部が中空部内に達する位置までアンカーを挿入し、定着材注入孔を通じて中空部の隔壁と中空部の管軸方向端面との間の空間にアンカーを定着固定するための定着材を注入する。【選択図】図12
