To provide consistent services from drawing of a road surface sign up to maintenance and management of the road surface sign.SOLUTION: An embodiment of the present disclosure is a road surface sign management system including a drawing position determination unit that determines a drawing position of a road surface sign on the basis of a position of a vehicle, which includes a drawing apparatus which draws a road surface sign on a rod, and a position of an object around the vehicle; an initial condition acquisition unit that acquires initial condition information on a road surface sign associated with each of plural points representing the road surface sign drawn at the drawing position by the drawing apparatus; an elapse condition acquisition unit that acquired elapse condition information on the road surface sign associated with each of the plural points representing the road surface sign; and a diagnosis unit that diagnoses deterioration of the road surface sign on the basis of the initial condition information acquired by the initial condition acquisition unit and the elapse condition information acquired by the elapse condition acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
