TWO LIQUID TYPE PROJECTING TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present invention relates to a two fluid type traffic lane painting apparatus, and a traffic lane painting method. The traffic lane painting method connects a yellow painting agent supply line (12) and a white painting agent supply line (14) to one side of a back side of an inlet tube (54) of a mixer (22) through a painting agent supply tube (18) in order to supply a painting agent. In addition, a hardener supply line (26) where an air supply line (28) is connected is installed in a point downstream of a check valve (20) of the painting agent supply tube (18) inside an inlet room (52) on the back side of the inlet tube (54) of the mixer (22), in order to mix the painting agent and the hardener inside the mixer (22). A mixing ratio of the painting agent to the hardener is between 94:6-98.2 wt%. A cleaning agent supply tube (30) is connected to a paint agent supply tube (18) in order to supply high-pressure air through an air supply line (28) installed in the hardener supply line (26) during cleaning and to discharge the remaining hardener inside the hardener supply line (26). In addition, the cleaning agent is supplied from the painting agent supply tube (18) and passes the mixer (22) and a traffic lane painting device (24) for washing. Therefore, the traffic lane painting method rapidly mixes the painting agent and the hardener at an optimum ratio, and can neatly clean the remaining painting agent and hardener during washing after every painting work.
본 발명은 이액형 차선도색장치 및 차선도색공법에 관한 것으로, 황색도색제 공급라인(12)과 백색도색제 공급라인(14)을 도색제 공급관(18)을 통하여 믹서기(22)의 유입관(54) 후방일측에 연결설치하여 도색제의 공급이 이루어지도록 하고 또 에어 공급라인(28)이 연결설치되는 경화제 공급라인(26)은 믹서기(22)의 유입관(54) 후방에 그 노즐(68)이 유입실(52) 내 도색제 공급관(18)의 체크밸브(20)를 지난 지점에 위치하도록 연결설치하여 믹서기(22) 내에서 도색제와 경화제의 혼합이 이루어지도록 하되, 도색제와 경화제의 혼합비율은 94:6 ~ 98:2중량% 범위내에서 주어지도록 하며, 세척제 공급라인(30)은 도색제 공급관(18)에 연결설치하여 소제시 경화제 공급라인(26)에 연결설치된 에어 공급라인(28)을 통하여 고압의 에어를 공급하여 경화제 공급라인(26) 내 잔류경화제를 배출시켜 주도록 함과 아울러 도색제 공급관(18)으로부터 세척제를 공급하여 세척제가 믹서기(22)와 차선도색기(24)를 차례로 통과하면서 세척이 이루어지도록 함으로서, 도색제와 경화제를 상시 최적의 혼합비로 신속하게 혼합해 줄 수 있도록 하면서 매 도색작업 후 진행되는 소제시 잔류한 도색제와 경화제를 깨끗이 소제해줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
