TWO LIQUID TYPE PROJECTING TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for painting a traffic lane using two liquids. Yellow or white paint supplied through a yellow paint supply line (12) and a white paint supply line (14) reaches a mixer (22) to be mixed with a hardener supplied through a hardener supply line (26) and then be sprayed onto a road through a lane painter (24) to paint the lane. The paint and the hardener remained after lane painting work are washed by a cleaner supplied through a cleaner supply line (28) and air supplied through an air supply line (30). The paint (61) sprayed by the lane painter (24) during the lane painting work is mixed with ceramic powder (106) sprayed by a spray (36) of a ceramic powder spray line (34) before forming a color to paint the lane in a state where strength is reinforced. Waste oil produced when changing the color of the paint during the lane painting work or when washing the remaining paint and hardener after the lane painting work is directly transported to a waste oil collection tank (92) has a waste oil collection line (32) to be collected without reaching the lane painter (23) to be leaked to the outside.
본 발명은 이액형 차선도색장치 및 차선도색공법에 관한 것으로, 황색도색제 공급라인(12)과 백색도색제 공급라인(14)을 통하여 공급되는 황색 또는 백색의 도색제가 믹서기(22)에 이르러 경화제 공급라인(26)을 통하여 공급되는 경화제와 혼합된 후 차선도색기(24)를 통하여 도로에 분사되어 차선도색이 이루어지도록 하고, 차선도색작업후 내부에 잔류한 도색제와 경화제는 세척제 공급라인(28)을 통하여 공급되는 세척제와 에어 공급라인(30)을 통하여 공급되는 에어에 의해 세척이 이루어지도록 하되, 차선도색작업시 차선도색기(24)에 의해 분사된 도색제(61)는 도로에 착색되기 전 세라믹분말 분사라인(34)의 분사기(36)에 의해 분사되는 세라믹분말(106)과 혼합되어 강도가 보강된 상태에서 차선도색이 이루어지도록 하고, 차선도색작업 중 도색제의 색상교체시에나 또는 차선도색작업 후 잔류도색제와 경화제의 세척시 발생된 폐유는 차선도색기(24)에 이르러 외부로 유출됨 없이 곧바로 폐유회수라인(32)이 갖는 폐유회수탱크(92)로 이송되어 회수가 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
