TWO LIQUID TYPE PROJECTING TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present invention relates to a binary lane painting apparatus and a lane painting method, selectively opening a yellow painting material supply line (10) and a white painting supply line (12) to enable a painting material of the selected color to be supplied to a mixer (24) through a supply pipe (16) and opening a hardening material supply line (28) to enable a hardening material to be supplied to the mixer (25) so that the painting material can be mixed with the hardening material in the mixer (24). The painting material mixed with the hardening material is injected to a road by a lane painting machine (26) so that lane painting is performed. After the lane painting, a washing material is supplied to the painting material supply pipe (16) and a hardening material supply pipe (30) of the hardening material supply line (28) through a washing material supply line (32) for cleaning. A flow rate sensor (22), connected to a controller (20) and a printer (54), is installed between the painting material supply pipe (16) and the mixer (24) so as to prevent life-shortening due to insufficient amounts of the painting material, and management with respect to whether or not the painting material is quantitatively used is possible so that misunderstandings about weak construction can be removed.
본 발명은 이액형 차선도색장치 및 차선도색공법에 관한 것으로, 황색도색제 공급라인(10)과 백색도색제 공급라인(12)을 선택적으로 개방하여 선택된 색상의 도색제가 도색제 공급관(16)을 통하여 믹서기(24)로 공급되게 하고 또 경화제 공급라인(28)을 개방하여 경화제가 믹서기(24)에 공급되게 하면 도색제가 믹서기(24) 내에서 경화제와 혼합되고, 경화제와 혼합된 도색제는 차선 도색기(26)에 의해 도로에 분사되어 차선도색이 이루어지도록 하며, 차선도색 후에는 세척제 공급라인(32)을 통하여 도색제 공급관(16) 및 경화제 공급라인(28)의 경화제 공급관(30)에 세척제를 공급하여 소제가 이루어지도록 구성하되, 도색제 공급관(16)과 믹서기(24) 사이에는 제어기(20)와 프린터(54)가 접속되는 유량센서(22)를 연결설치하여 도색제의 사용량 부족으로 인한 수명단축을 방지하고 또 도색제의 정량사용 유무에 대한 관리감독이 가능하여 부실시공에 대한 오해를 불식시켜줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
