INSERT STRUCTURE BODY FOR ANCHOR BOLT
The present invention relates to an insert structure for an anchor bolt, which is to install an anchor bolt (9) through a penetrating hole (7a) in a mold (7) which vertically stands to form a vertical wall (5) of a building. The insert structure comprises: an insert (10) embedded by concrete placed through a penetrating hole (7a) to an inner side of a mold (7), and includes a bolt fastening unit (11) therein to fasten an anchor bolt (9); a guide pin (20) placed in an outer side of the mold (7) on an opposite side of the insert (10) whose one end unit is connected with the insert (10); and a horizontality maintaining means to maintain the horizontality of the insert (10) and the guide pin (20) to the mold (7). Therefore, the insert structure for an anchor bolt improves a pullout force of the anchor bolt by firmly embedding the insert in concrete through a method of installing prior to concrete curing; reduces working hours and improves work efficiency by removing a waiting time for concrete curing, and immediately installing the anchor bolt without standby time; and conveniently and rapidly installs the anchor bolt by removing a need for a worker to manually drill a hole to install the anchor bolt, and directly mounting the anchor bolt in the insert embedded and fixated in the wall.
본 발명은 앙카볼트용 인서트구조체에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 직립벽체(5)를 형성하기 위해 직립된 거푸집(7)의 관통공(7a)을 통해 앙카볼트(9)를 설치하기 위한 앙카볼트용 인서트구조체에 있어서, 상기 관통공(7a)을 통해 상기 거푸집(7)의 측방 내측으로 관통 배치되어 타설되는 콘크리트에 의해 매립 고정되고 내부에 상기 앙카볼트(9)가 체결되도록 하는 볼트체결부(11)가 마련된 인서트(10); 상기 인서트(10)의 반대편인 거푸집(7)의 측방 외측에 배치되고 그 일단부가 상기 인서트(10)와 연결되는 가이드핀(20); 및 상기 인서트(10)와 가이드핀(20)이 상기 거푸집(7)과 수평 상태를 유지하도록 하는 수평유지수단을 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서, 기본적으로 콘크리트 양생 전에 미리 설치되도록 하는 방식을 통해 인서트가 콘크리트에 견고히 매립된 상태가 되어 이에 따라 앙카볼트에도 그만큼 인발력 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되고, 또한, 콘크리트의 양생을 기다릴 필요가 없게 되고 이에 따라 대기시간없이 곧바로 앙카볼트를 설치할 수 있게 되면서 전반적으로 작업시간 단축에 따른 작업능률 향상을 꾀할 수 있게 되며, 또한, 앙카볼트 설치를 위해 작업자가 수작업으로 구멍을 뚫을 필요가 없이 벽면에 매립 고정되어 있는 인서트에 곧바로 앙카볼트를 장착할 수 있게 하여 앙카볼트 설치작업이 간편하고 신속하게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
