INSERT STRUCTURE FOR ANCHOR BOLT OF SLAB
The present invention relates to an insert structure for a slab anchor bolt, fixed to a side wall (5a) of a mold (5), in which concrete is placed, to install an anchor bolt (6) after the curing of the concrete. The insert structure includes: a fixing pin (7) fixed to a side wall of a mold; and an insert reclaimed in concrete after the curing of the concrete while being supported by the fixing pin. The fixing pin (7) includes: a hook (7a) hooked by penetrating a through hole penetrating the side wall of the mold; and a connection part (7b) connected with the insert by extending and protruding to the other side of the hook. The insert includes: an insert body (10) including a pipe part (11) penetrated by the fixing pin, and a nut placement part (12) extended in a side of the pipe part (11); an anchor nut (20) placed in the nut placement part to be screwed with the anchor bolt; and a cover (30) preventing the separation of the anchor nut by covering the nut placement part. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling the quick installation of the fixing pin in the mold and the easy collection of the fixing pin after work by enabling the fixing pin, supporting the insert, to be easily attached to or detached from the mold, thereby reducing costs for components by preventing damage to the fixing pin stored in the mold.
본 발명은 슬라브 앙카볼트용 인서트 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트가 타설되는 거푸집(5)의 일측벽면(5a)에 고정 배치되고 콘크리트 양생 후 앙카볼트(6)를 설치하기 위한 슬라브 앙카볼트용 인서트 구조체에 있어서, 상기 인서트 구조체는 거푸집의 일측벽면에 고정되는 고정핀(7)과, 상기 고정핀에 지지된 상태에서 콘크리트 양생 후 콘크리트에 매립되는 인서트를 포함하고, 상기 고정핀(7)은, 상기 거푸집의 일측벽면에 관통된 관통공을 관통하여 걸리는 후크(7a); 및 상기 후크의 반대편으로 연장 돌출되어 상기 인서트와 연결되는 연결부(7b);를 포함하고, 상기 인서트는, 상기 고정핀이 관통되는 관체부(11)와, 상기 관체부(11)의 일측에 연장 형성되고 너트배치부(12)가 마련된 인서트본체(10); 상기 너트배치부에 배치되어 상기 앙카볼트가 나사 결합되는 앙카너트(20); 및 상기 너트배치부를 덮어씌워 앙카너트의 이탈을 방지하는 커버(30);가 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 인서트를 지지하는 고정핀을 마련하여 거푸집에 용이하게 착탈 가능하도록 함으로써, 거푸집으로의 신속한 고정핀 장착 및 작업 후의 고정핀 회수가 용이하게 되도록 하여 이에 따라 거푸집 보관시 고정핀의 손상 우려를 해소하여 부품비용 절감을 도모할 수 있는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
INSERT STRUCTURE FOR ANCHOR BOLT OF SLAB
The present invention relates to an insert structure for a slab anchor bolt, fixed to a side wall (5a) of a mold (5), in which concrete is placed, to install an anchor bolt (6) after the curing of the concrete. The insert structure includes: a fixing pin (7) fixed to a side wall of a mold; and an insert reclaimed in concrete after the curing of the concrete while being supported by the fixing pin. The fixing pin (7) includes: a hook (7a) hooked by penetrating a through hole penetrating the side wall of the mold; and a connection part (7b) connected with the insert by extending and protruding to the other side of the hook. The insert includes: an insert body (10) including a pipe part (11) penetrated by the fixing pin, and a nut placement part (12) extended in a side of the pipe part (11); an anchor nut (20) placed in the nut placement part to be screwed with the anchor bolt; and a cover (30) preventing the separation of the anchor nut by covering the nut placement part.
