The present invention relates to an insert for an anchor bolt, which is to install an anchor bolt after concrete is cured, wherein the insert for an anchor bolt is fixed on one wall of a mold (5, 7) in which the concrete is placed. The insert for an anchor bolt includes: an insert main body (10) having a pipe body unit (11) which the anchor bolt passes through, wherein the insert main body is formed to be extended on one side of the pipe body unit and has a nut arranging unit (12); an anchor nut (20) installed on the nut arranging unit, wherein the anchor bolt is screwed and connected to the anchor nut (20); and a cover (30) preventing the anchor nut from being separated by covering the nut arranging unit. Therefore, the insert has multiple blades on the outer circumference of the pipe body unit of the insert main body, and a hanging protrusion hung on a hanging groove of an auxiliary anchor is formed on the inner circumference of the pipe body unit. So, the insert mounted on the mold can be strongly fixed, and, therefore, the insert is prevented from being separated when the concrete is placed. The insert for an anchor bolt improves reliability by being strongly combined with the concrete by the multiple blades even after the concrete is cured. Also, the blade has various colors, so a worker can rapidly, easily, and visually check the insert. Therefore, the insert for an anchor bolt improves work efficiency.
본 발명은 앙카볼트용 인서트에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트가 타설되는 거푸집(5,7)의 일측벽면에 고정 배치되고 콘크리트 양생 후 앙카볼트를 설치하기 위한 앙카볼트용 인서트에 있어서, 상기 앙카볼트가 관통되는 관체부(11)와, 상기 관체부의 일측에 연장 형성되고 너트배치부(12)가 마련된 인서트본체(10); 상기 너트배치부에 배치되어 상기 앙카볼트가 나사 결합되는 앙카너트(20); 및 상기 너트배치부를 덮어씌워 앙카너트의 이탈을 방지하는 커버(30);가 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 인서트본체의 관체부 외주면에 복수의 날개를 형성하여, 관체부의 내주면에 보조앙카의 걸림홈에 걸리도록 하는 걸림돌기를 형성함으로써, 거푸집에 장착된 인서트가 견고하게 고정될 수 있도록 하여 이에 따라 콘크리트 타설시 인서트의 이탈이 발생하지 않게 되는 동시에 콘크리트 양생 후에도 복수개의 날개들로 인해 인서트의 콘크리트에 대한 결합상태가 뛰어나도록 하여 신뢰성 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되고, 또한, 날개의 색깔을 다양하게 하여 작업자가 해당 인서트를 육안으로 신속하고 수월하게 확인할 수 있도록 함으로써, 작업능률 향상을 꾀할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
The present invention relates to an insert for an anchor bolt, which is to install an anchor bolt after concrete is cured, wherein the insert for an anchor bolt is fixed on one wall of a mold (5, 7) in which the concrete is placed. The insert for an anchor bolt includes: an insert main body (10) having a pipe body unit (11) which the anchor bolt passes through, wherein the insert main body is formed to be extended on one side of the pipe body unit and has a nut arranging unit (12); an anchor nut (20) installed on the nut arranging unit, wherein the anchor bolt is screwed and connected to the anchor nut (20); and a cover (30) preventing the anchor nut from being separated by covering the nut arranging unit. Therefore, the insert has multiple blades on the outer circumference of the pipe body unit of the insert main body, and a hanging protrusion hung on a hanging groove of an auxiliary anchor is formed on the inner circumference of the pipe body unit. 본 발명은 앙카볼트용 인서트에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트가 타설되는 거푸집(5,7)의 일측벽면에 고정 배치되고 콘크리트 양생 후 앙카볼트를 설치하기 위한 앙카볼트용 인서트에 있어서, 상기 앙카볼트가 관통되는 관체부(11)와, 상기 관체부의 일측에 연장 형성되고 너트배치부(12)가 마련된 인서트본체(10); 상기 너트배치부에 배치되어 상기 앙카볼트가 나사 결합되는 앙카너트(20); 및 상기 너트배치부를 덮어씌워 앙카너트의 이탈을 방지하는 커버(30);가 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 인서트본체의 관체부 외주면에 복수의 날개를 형성하여, 관체부의 내주면에 보조앙카의 걸림홈에 걸리도록 하는 걸림돌기를 형성함으로써, 거푸집에 장착된 인서트가 견고하게 고정될 수 있도록 하여 이에 따라 콘크리트 타설시 인서트의 이탈이 발생하지 않게 되는 동시에 콘크리트 양생 후에도 복수개의 날개들로 인해 인서트의 콘크리트에 대한 결합상태가 뛰어나도록 하여 신뢰성 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되고, 또한, 날개의 색깔을 다양하게 하여 작업자가 해당 인서트를 육안으로 신속하고 수월하게 확인할 수 있도록 함으로써, 작업능률 향상을 꾀할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
