The present invention prevents an attachment pin and a quick coupler from being randomly separated in a connection process of the quick coupler to connect an attachment for heavy equipment and an excavator. Moreover, the present invention prevents, in advance, a coupling state of first and second attachment pins from being randomly separated with a linked operation related to movement of a cylinder tube without an additional cylinder. According to the present invention, an automatic safety device for a quick coupler comprises: a quick coupler body firmly installed in an end part of an arm of an excavator and a push link; a fixing hook provided on one side of the quick coupler body and coupled with the first attachment pin; a hitch provided on the other side of the quick coupler body and coupled and disassembled with the second attachment pin in accordance with a movement of the hydraulic cylinder; and a safety means linked with the cylinder tube of the hydraulic cylinder to maintain or disassemble the locking and coupling state of the first and second attachment pins.
본 발명은 중장비용 어태치먼트와 굴삭기를 연결하기 위한 퀵 커플러의 연결과정에서 어태치먼트 핀과 퀵 커플러의 임의 이탈을 방지하도록 함과 아울러, 별도의 실린더를 구비하지 않고 실린더 튜브의 이동과 관련된 연계 동작으로 제 1,2어태치먼트 핀의 결합상태가 임의 해제되는 것을 예방하도록 한다. 본 발명에 따른 퀵 커플러의 자동안전장치는, 굴삭기 암의 단부와 푸시링크에 견고하게 장착되는 퀵 커플러 바디와, 퀵 커플러 바디의 일측에 마련되고 제 1어태치먼트 핀과 결합되는 고정훅과, 퀵 커플러 바디의 타측에 마련되고 유압 실린더의 동작에 따라 제 2어태치먼트 핀과 결합 및 해제되는 히치와, 유압 실린더의 실린더 튜브에 연동되어 제1,2어태치먼트 핀의 록킹 결합상태를 유지 또는 해제할 수 있는 안전수단으로 구성된다.
