According to the present invention, a connection structure of a quick coupler to connect an attachment for heavy equipment and an excavator prevents the arbitrary separation of an attachment pin and the quick coupler as well as the arbitrary release of a coupling state of a first attachment pin and a fixing hook by operating a safety unit with the elastic supporting force of a spring member without a separate cylinder. The automatic safety device of a quick coupler according to the present invention comprises: a quick coupler body mounted on the end of an excavator arm and a push link stably; a fixing hook combined to the first attachment pin by being placed on one side of the quick coupler body; a hitch which is placed on the other side of the quick coupler body and is combined to and separated from a second attachment pin by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder; and a safety unit to maintain and release a locking combination state of the first attachment pin and the fixing hook by being combined to the hitch to be interlocked.
본 발명은 중장비용 어태치먼트와 굴삭기를 연결하기 위한 퀵 커플러의 연결구조에서 어태치먼트 핀과 퀵 커플러의 임의 이탈을 방지하도록 함과 아울러, 별도의 실린더를 구비하지 않고 스프링부재의 탄성 지지력으로 안전수단이 동작되어 제1어태치먼트 핀과 고정훅의 결합상태가 임의 해제되는 것을 예방하도록 한다. 본 발명에 따른 퀵 커플러의 자동안전장치는, 굴삭기 암의 단부와 푸시링크에 견고하게 장착되는 퀵 커플러 바디와, 퀵 커플러 바디의 일측에 마련되고 제 1어태치먼트 핀과 결합되는 고정훅과, 퀵 커플러 바디의 타측에 마련되고 유압 실린더의 동작에 따라 제 2어태치먼트 핀과 결합 및 해제되는 히치와, 히치와 연동되도록 결합되어 제1어태치먼트 핀과 고정훅의 록킹 결합상태를 유지 또는 해제할 수 있는 안전수단으로 구성된다.
