NON-FLAMMABLE FRP PANEL COMPOSITION COMPRISING MORTAR AND PREPARATION METHODS OF NON-FLAMMABLE FRP PANEL USING THEREOF AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE USING THE NON-FLAMMABLE FRP PANEL
Provided are a FRP non-flammable panel composition, a FRP non-flammable panel using the same, and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 2 to 12 parts by weight of furnace slag powder; 5 to 30 parts by weight of fly ash; 0.01 to 1.5 parts by weight of an acryl-based organic lightweight material; 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of polypropylene fiber; 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of re-emulsifying polymer powder; 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of a water-swellable material; 0.01 to 6 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; and 50 to 80 parts by weight of fiber. The composition of the present invention prevents a situation that the combustion occurs at the same time when heat and fire occur, thereby preventing a secondary accident, and also being environmental friendly, and having excellent repairing and reinforcing performance.
본 발명은 에폭시 수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 고로슬래그 분말 2 내지 12중량부; 플라이애시 5 내지 30중량부; 아크릴계 유기 경량재 0.01 내지 1.5중량부; 폴리프로필렌 섬유 0.01 내지 4중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.01 내지 4중량부; 수팽윤성물질 0.1 내지 4중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 0.01 내지 6중량부 나노세라믹 입자 0.01 내지 6중량부; 난연제 3 내지 15중량부; 및 섬유 50 내지 80중량부를 포함하는 FRP 불연패널 조성물 및 이를 이용한 FRP 불연패널 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 FRP 불연패널 조성물은 열 및 화재발생시 일시에 연소되는 상황을 방지하여 2차 사고를 예방할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 친환경적이며, 보수 및/또는 보강성이 우수하다.
