STEEL PIPE PILE COUPLER WITH BOLT TIGHTENING U-SHAPE REINFORCING BAR
The present invention discloses a plurality of bolt-fastened type-steel pipe couplers which may be hung and fastened on an end of an upper edge of a steel pipe at predetermined intervals. The each bolt-fastened type-steel pipe coupler comprises: a U-shaped reinforcing bar; a reinforcing bar connecting member connecting reinforcing bars, which face each other and are positioned upside at the same distance from a lower curved part of the U-shaped reinforcing; a steel pipe coupling member, which is fixed to a central portion of the reinforcing bar connecting member, on which the center of gravity of the U-shaped reinforcing bar concentrating, has a convex shape, includes an inner end part fixedly attached to the reinforcing bar connecting member and an outer end part positioned outside the steel pipe in order to allow the upper edge end of the steel pipe to be inserted into the inner end part and the outer end part; a bolt coupling member coupled to a fastening hole formed on the outer end part of the steel pipe coupling member through a bolt, wherein the bolt coupling member may push the upper edge end of the steep pipe, which is inserted into the inner end part and the outer end part, toward the inner end part through rotation to be fixed.
본 발명은 강관의 상단 테두리 단부에 일정한 간격을 두고 걸치는 형태로 체결될 수 있는 다수의 볼트 조임식 강관 결합구로서, U자형 보강철근, 상기 U자형 보강철근의 하단 절곡부로부터 동일한 거리 위쪽에서 서로 마주하는 철근 사이를 연결하는 철근 연결 부재, 상기 철근 연결 부재의 가운데에 상기 U자형 보강철근의 무게중심이 집중되는 부분에 고정되는 위로 볼록한 형태의 강관 체결 부재로서, 상기 연결 부재에 부착 고정되는 내측 단편과 상기 내측 단편과의 사이에 상기 강관의 상단 테두리 단부가 삽입되도록 상기 강관의 외측에 위치하도록 구성된 외측 단편을 포함하는 강관 체결 부재, 및 상기 강관 체결 부재의 외측 단편에 형성된 체결 구멍에 볼트 체결되어, 회전에 의하여 상기 내측 단편과 상기 외측 단편 사이에 삽입되는 상기 강관의 상단 테두리 단부를 상기 내측 단편으로 밀어 고정시킬 수 있는 볼트 체결 부재를 포함한다.
