PACK-MOUNTED REINFORCING STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a pack-mounted reinforcing structure which can be used as a soil-retaining temporary facility girder, a rectangular reinforcement unit, a base structure, etc., connect a pack, a reinforcement material, and an injection hose without creating a gap, and be simply connected to facilitate construction. The pack-mounted reinforcing structure according to the present invention is installed in a hole (H) drilled on the ground or a structure to act as a reinforcement means, and comprises: a reinforcement material in a bar shape; a pack formed from fabric and wherein an upper end thereof is open, and a lower portion of the reinforcement material is inserted thereinto to enclose the reinforcement material; a spacer inserted into the reinforcement material inside the pack to maintain a position of the reinforcement material in the drilled hole; an injection hose to inject grout into the pack; a holder wherein a reinforcement material insertion hole into which the reinforcement material is inserted and a hose insertion hole into which the injection hose is inserted are formed; and a binding member to press an upper end of the pack against an outer surface of the holder to bind the pack to the holder.
본 발명은 건설 및 토목 분야에서 흙막이 가시설 지보재, 사면 보강공, 기초구조물 등으로 이용될 수 있는 팩 장착형 보강구조체에 관한 것으로, 팩과 보강재 및 주입호스를 틈새를 발생시키지 않고 안정적으로 연결할 수 있으며, 연결 작업이 간단하게 이루어져 시공이 용이한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 팩 장착형 보강구조체는, 지반 또는 구조물에 천공되는 홀(H) 내측에 매설되어 보강 작용을 하는 팩 장착형 보강구조체에 있어서, 봉형상의 보강재과; 상단부가 개방된 직물로 되어 상기 보강재의 하부가 삽입되면서 보강재을 둘러싸게 되는 팩과; 상기 팩 내측에서 상기 보강재에 끼워져 천공 홀 내측에서 보강재의 위치를 유지하는 간격재와; 상기 팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입하는 주입호스와; 상기 보강재이 삽입되는 보강재삽입공과, 상기 주입호스가 삽입되는 호스삽입공이 관통되게 형성된 홀더와; 상기 팩의 상단부를 상기 홀더의 외주면에 밀착시키면서 결속하는 결속부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
