SOUND-ABSORBING PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a sound-absorbing panel and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture a sound-absorbing panel capable of maximizing the absorption of sound and sound waves by integrating a foam having sound-absorbing holes, a protrusion part arranged in a coupling part, and reinforcement protrusions with a V-shaped cross section and reducing manufacturing hours and costs as the foam is formed on a frame right after the extrusion molding of the frame for a manufacturing process to be continuously performed. The method to manufacture a sound-absorbing panel comprises the following steps of: discharging a plate-shaped frame formed in an extruder; transferring the frame discharged from the extruder using a transfer roller and forming a foam by spraying a foaming solution to one surface of the frame using a spraying nozzle arranged in one side of the transfer roller; and forming multiple sound-absorbing holes on the foam.
본 발명은 흡음패널 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 흡음홀이 마련된 발포폼, 결합부에 마련되는 돌출부, ‘V'자 단면을 가지는 보강돌기의 구성들이 일체로 작용하여 소리 내지 음파의 흡수를 극대화할 수 있으며, 발포폼을 프레임의 압출 성형이 이루어진 즉시 프레임 상에 형성하기 때문에 제조 공정이 연속적으로 이루어져 제조 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있는 흡음패널 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
