APPARATUS FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE AND METHOD FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to: a small and self-propelled road marking machine, the whole size of which can be smaller, and which is capable of marking a road by spraying thermoplastic paint without causing chemical and physical modification of the thermoplastic paint when the paint is made and stored; and a road marking method using the same. The small and self-propelled road marking machine includes a thermoplastic paint storing part which can maintain the temperature of thermoplastic paint through a thermoconductive medium; a road marking part which has a means for spraying beads and the thermoplastic paint; and a vehicle part which is detachably combined to the road marking part, wherein the road marking part and the vehicle part are designed to be small, and a detachable seat unit is provided in the vehicle part, thereby providing easy maintenance and convenient mobility. The small and self-propelled road marking machine maintains the temperature of the thermoplastic paint by warming up the paint in a double boiler through the thermoconductive medium when the thermoplastic paint is stored and produced, thereby providing the thermoplastic paint without chemical and physical modification. In addition, a raw material melting means for producing the thermoplastic paint is integrated with a tank for supplying raw materials and a generator for generating electricity into one body, thereby improving the utilization of space and accomplishing downsizing.
본 발명은 전체적으로 소형화시키면서 용융 도료의 제조 및 저장시 화학적 변형 및 물리적 변형이 발생하지 않은 분사식으로 융착도료를 도색할 수 있는 소형 자주식 차선 도색 장치 및 이를 이용한 차선 도색 공법에 관한 것으로, 열전도 매체를 통해 용융 도료의 온도를 유지할 수 있는 융착 도료 저장부와 비드 및 융착 도료를 분사하는 수단을 포함하고 있는 차선 도색부와, 상기 차선 도색부에 탈, 부착 가능한 형태로 이루어진 차량부를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 차선 도색부 및 차량부를 소형으로 구성하되, 차량부에 착석부를 탈, 부착 가능한 형태로 형성하여 유지관리의 용이함 및 이동의 편리성을 제공할 수 있고, 용융 도료의 저장 및 제조시 열전도 매체를 통한 중탕 형태로 용융 도료의 온도를 유지하여 도료의 화학적 변형 및 물리적 변형 없이 공급할 수 있으며, 용융 도료를 제조하는 원재료 용융수단을 원료를 공급하는 탱크와 전기를 생성하는 발전기를 일체로 형성하여 공간활용 및 전체적 구성의 소형화를 이룰 수 있는 분사식으로 융착도료를 도색할 수 있는 소형 자주식 차선 도색 장치 및 이를 이용한 차선 도색 공법을 제공한다.
