TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a traffic lane painting apparatus which can shorten work time and thus can expect cost benefit due to a decrease in labor costs by performing a painting work for a painting scheduled part of two traffic lanes with a single movement and spraying and can reduce inconvenience to citizens, caused by the closure of a road due to the painting work. The traffic lane painting apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transportation unit having a loading part; a paint supply unit which is mounted in the loading part, and comprises a first supply hole and a second supply hole supplying a paint; a pressure controller for controlling a spraying pressure by being installed in the loading part; a first painting equipment which includes a first spraying nozzle which is connected to the first supply hole and is arranged adjacently to the painting scheduled part of the road and sprays the paint to the painting scheduled part, and is arranged at one side of the loading part; and a second painting equipment which includes a second spraying nozzle which is connected to the second supply hole and is arranged adjacently to the other painting scheduled part of the road and sprays the paint to the other painting scheduled part, and is arranged at the other side of the loading part.
본 발명은 한 번의 이동과 분사를 통해 두 차선의 도색예정부에 대한 도색 작업을 진행할 수 있어, 작업시간의 단축 및 이로 인한 공임 감소 등에 의한 비용적 이득을 기대할 수 있고, 나아가 도색 작업에 따른 도로 폐쇄로 인한 시민들의 불편을 경감할 수 있는 차선 도색장치에 관한 것으로, 탑재부를 갖는 이동수단과, 상기 탑재부에 장착되고, 도료를 공급하는 제1공급구 및 제2공급구를 구비한 도료공급기와, 상기 탑재부에 장착되어 분사 압력을 조절하는 압력조절기와, 상기 제1공급구와 연결되고 도로의 일 도색예정부에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 일 도색예정부에 도료를 분사하는 제1분사노즐을 포함하고, 상기 탑재부의 일 측면에 배치되는 제1도색장비 및, 상기 제2공급구와 연결되고 도로의 타 도색예정부에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 타 도색예정부에 도료를 분사하는 제2분사노즐을 포함하고, 상기 탑재부의 타 측면에 배치되는 제2도색장비를 포함하여 이루어진다.
