A TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a lane painting machine which is able to interrupt the supply of an output of a speed reducer to a left screw supply apparatus by a first clutch and to interrupt the supply of an output of the speed reducer to a right screw supply apparatus by a second clutch, thereby allowing a transfer carrier to always move in the same direction as that of a vehicle and to paint a lane placed relatively on a left side or a right side of the transfer carrier. According to the present invention, the lane painting machine comprises: a paint melting chamber (120) settled on a transfer carrier (110) to melt and store a paint; a left screw supply apparatus (130) connected to a first discharge pipe (P1) of the paint melting chamber (120); a left paint spray apparatus (140) connected to the left screw supply apparatus (130) by a first paint transfer pipe (P2); a right screw supply apparatus (150) connected to a second discharge pipe (P3) of the paint melting chamber (120); a right paint spray apparatus (160) connected to a second paint transfer pipe (P4) of the right screw supply apparatus (150) by the second paint transfer pipe (P4); and a speed reducer (170) placed in between the left screw supply apparatus (130) and the right screw supply apparatus (150) to reduce and transfer the power of a motor (M1). A left output shaft (172) of the speed reducer (170) and a screw shaft (131) of the left screw supply apparatus (130) are detachably connected by a first clutch (180). A right output shaft (174) of the speed reducer (170) and a screw shaft (153) of the right screw supply apparatus (150) are detachably connected by a second clutch (185).
본 발명은 감속기의 출력이 제 1 클러치에 의해 좌측 스크류 공급장치로 공급되는 것이 단속되고, 감속기의 출력이 제 2 클러치에 의해 우측 스크류 공급장치로 공급되는 것이 단속되어, 이송대차가 항상 차량의 진행방향으로 진행하면서 상대적으로 이송대차의 좌측 또는 우측에 배치된 차선을 도색할 수 있는 차선도색기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차선도색기는 이송 대차(110)에 도료를 용융 및 저장하는 도료용융조(120)가 안착되며, 도료용융조(120)의 제 1 배출관(P1)에 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)가 연결되고, 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)에 제 1 도료이송관(P2)에 의해 좌측 도료분사장치(140)가 연결되며, 도료용융조(120)의 제 2 배출관(P3)에 우측 스크류 공급장치(150)가 연결되고, 우측 스크류 공급장치(150)에 제 2 도료이송관(P4)에 우측 도료분사장치(160)가 제 2 도료이송관(P4)에 의해 연결되며, 모터(M1)의 동력을 감속하여 전달하기 위한 감속기(170)가 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)와 우측 스크류 공급장치(150) 사이에 배치되고, 감속기(170)의 좌측 출력축(172)과 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)의 스크류 샤프트(131)가 제 1 클러치(180)에 의해 분리 가능하게 연결되고, 감속기(170)의 우측 출력축(174)과 우측 스크류 공급장치(150)의 스크류 샤프트(153)가 제 2 클러치(185)에 의해 분리 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

According to the present invention, the lane painting machine comprises: a paint melting chamber (120) settled on a transfer carrier (110) to melt and store a paint; a left screw supply apparatus (130) connected to a first discharge pipe (P1) of the paint melting chamber (120); a left paint spray apparatus (140) connected to the left screw supply apparatus (130) by a first paint transfer pipe (P2); a right screw supply apparatus (150) connected to a second discharge pipe (P3) of the paint melting chamber (120); a right paint spray apparatus (160) connected to a second paint transfer pipe (P4) of the right screw supply apparatus (150) by the second paint transfer pipe (P4); and a speed reducer (170) placed in between the left screw supply apparatus (130) and the right screw supply apparatus (150) to reduce and transfer the power of a motor (M1). A left output shaft (172) of the speed reducer (170) and a screw shaft (131) of the left screw supply apparatus (130) are detachably connected by a first clutch (180). A right output shaft (174) of the speed reducer (170) and a screw shaft (153) of the right screw supply apparatus (150) are detachably connected by a second clutch (185).
본 발명은 감속기의 출력이 제 1 클러치에 의해 좌측 스크류 공급장치로 공급되는 것이 단속되고, 감속기의 출력이 제 2 클러치에 의해 우측 스크류 공급장치로 공급되는 것이 단속되어, 이송대차가 항상 차량의 진행방향으로 진행하면서 상대적으로 이송대차의 좌측 또는 우측에 배치된 차선을 도색할 수 있는 차선도색기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차선도색기는 이송 대차(110)에 도료를 용융 및 저장하는 도료용융조(120)가 안착되며, 도료용융조(120)의 제 1 배출관(P1)에 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)가 연결되고, 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)에 제 1 도료이송관(P2)에 의해 좌측 도료분사장치(140)가 연결되며, 도료용융조(120)의 제 2 배출관(P3)에 우측 스크류 공급장치(150)가 연결되고, 우측 스크류 공급장치(150)에 제 2 도료이송관(P4)에 우측 도료분사장치(160)가 제 2 도료이송관(P4)에 의해 연결되며, 모터(M1)의 동력을 감속하여 전달하기 위한 감속기(170)가 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)와 우측 스크류 공급장치(150) 사이에 배치되고, 감속기(170)의 좌측 출력축(172)과 좌측 스크류 공급장치(130)의 스크류 샤프트(131)가 제 1 클러치(180)에 의해 분리 가능하게 연결되고, 감속기(170)의 우측 출력축(174)과 우측 스크류 공급장치(150)의 스크류 샤프트(153)가 제 2 클러치(185)에 의해 분리 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
