COMPLEX WATERPROOF STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING RUBBERIZED ASPHALT SHEET AND AQUEOUS WATERPROOFING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a complex waterproof structure using a rubberized asphalt sheet and a liquid waterproofing material and a construction method thereof, complementing each disadvantage of a sheet waterproofing method and a liquid waterproofing method and maximizing advantages thereof, thereby allowing an easy construction joint of a jointed part, which is a very important construction point in the complex waterproof structure and has high frequency of generation of a deficiency, and forming a watertight jointed part. The complex waterproof structure using the rubberized asphalt sheet and the liquid waterproofing material is a complex waterproof structure where waterproof sheets are installed on the upper part of a concrete foundation surface, and a urethane waterproofing material is applied on entire supper surfaces of the waterproof sheets to form a waterproof layer. The jointed part where the waterproof sheets are connected to each other comprises: a primer layer; a lower polyurethane layer; the waterproof sheets; a reinforcing member; and the upper polyurethane layer. The primer layer is applied to the concrete foundation layer. The lower polyurethane is applied to the upper part of the primer layer. The waterproof sheets have lower edges attached to the upper part of the lower polyurethane layer to be spaced from each other. The reinforcing member is attached on both upper parts of the waterproof sheets aligned and spaced from each other. The upper polyurethane layer is applied to the upper part of the reinforcing member and is charged into a gap between the waterproof sheets to be formed integrally with the lower polyurethane layer.
본 발명은 시트방수와 도막방수 각각의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 최대한 활용하여 복합방수에서 매우 중요한 시공 포인트이며 하자 발생 빈도가 높은 접합부의 손쉬운 시공이음과 수밀한 접합부를 형성할 수 있는, 개질아스팔트시트와 액상형 도막재를 이용한 복합방수구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 개질아스팔트시트와 액상형 도막재를 이용한 복합방수구조는, 콘크리트 바탕면 상부에 방수시트가 설치되고, 방수시트 상부 전면(全面)에 폴리우레탄 도막재를 도포하여 방수층을 구성하는 복합방수구조인데, 상기 방수시트와 방수시트가 연결되는 접합부는, 콘크리트 바탕면에 도포된 프라이머층; 상기 프라이머층의 상부에 도포된 하부 폴리우레탄층; 하부 가장자리가 상기 하부 폴리우레탄층의 상부에 부착되어, 서로 일정 간격 띄워져서 설치된 방수시트; 일정 간격 띄워져서 맞댐 설치된 상기 방수시트의 상부에 양측 방수시트 모두에 걸쳐지도록 부착 설치된 보강재; 상기 보강재의 상부에 도포되어, 보강재에 스며들면서 방수시트 사이의 틈에 충진되어 하부 폴리우레탄층과 일체화 된 상부 폴리우레탄층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
