Rubberized Asphalt Self-adhesive Waterproofing Sheet
The present invention relates to a rubberized self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet and, specifically, to the rubberized self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet, reinforcing product competitiveness by lowering manufacturing costs and sheet forming costs to obtain physical properties of KS F 4935 and satisfy the KS F 4934. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the rubberized self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet includes: a sheet member; and a self-adhesive member formed on the sheet member at fixed thickness. The rubberized self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet is applied with regulation of the KS F 4934. The self-adhesive member comprises: 55-75 parts by weight of straight asphalt; 6.5-12.5 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymer, which is a rubber modifier; 6-9 parts by weight of a plasticizer; 4-7 parts by weight of an adhesive agent; 6.5-12.5 parts by weight of a filler; and 2-4 parts by weight of degeneration modifier.
본 발명은 자착식형 고무화 아스팔트 방수시트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, KS F 4935의 물리적 성질을 얻을 수 있으면서, KS F 4934를 만족할 수 있도록 시트화 및 제조단가를 낮춰 제품경쟁력을 강화하도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 시트부재 및 상기 시트부재 상에 일정두께 구성되는 자착부재를 포함하여, KS F 4934의 규정을 적용받는 자착식형 고무화 아스팔트 방수시트에 있어서, 상기 자착부재는 55 ~ 75 중량부의 스트레이트 아스팔트와; 6.5 ~ 12.5 중량부의 고무계열의 개질재인 SBS(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Block Copolymer)와; 6 ~ 9 중량부의 가소제와; 4 ~ 7 중량부의 점착 부여제와; 6.5 ~ 12.5 중량부의 충진제; 및 2 ~ 4 중량부의 변성개질제;를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
