Rubberized Asphalt Self-adhesive Waterproofing Sheet
The present invention relates to a self-adhesion type rubber-asphalt waterproof sheet, and the purpose of the present invention is to satisfy KS F 4934 while obtaining physical properties of KS F 4935 and to improve a counter force to heats to overcome limit on use by enabling construction on a vertical wall surface in an environment where a high temperature continues such as summer seasons. To this end, the present invention, for a self-adhesion type rubber-asphalt waterproof sheet which can obtain physical properties of KS F 4935 and satisfy KS F 4934, comprises: an asphalt gel layer (10) which is formed of asphalt as main components; a reinforcing material layer (20) which increases a binding force between materials provided on the asphalt gel layer (10); and a film layer (40) which is provided on the reinforcing material layer (20) to have a waterproof performance. The asphalt gel layer (10) comprises: 50-80 parts by weight of asphalt; 5-12 parts by weight of modifiers; 5-8 parts by weight of plasticizers; 3-8 parts by weight of tackifiers; 5-10 parts by weight of fillers; 0.5-4 parts by weight of heat resistance enhancers; 0.5-4 parts by weight of denaturation modifiers; 0.5-2 parts by weight of shock resistance reinforcing agents; and 0.5-2 parts by weight of adhesion enhancers.
본 발명은 자착형 고무화 아스팔트 방수시트에 관한 것으로서, KS F 4935의 물리적 성질을 얻을 수 있으면서, KS F 4934를 만족할 뿐만 아니라 열에 대한 대응력을 향상시킴에 따라 여름철과 같은 고온이 지속되는 환경에서도 수직벽면에 시공 가능하여 사용의 한계성을 극복하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, KS F 4935의 물리적 성질을 얻을 수 있으면서, KS F 4934를 만족할 수 있도록 하는 자착형 고무화 아스팔트 방수시트에 있어서, 아스팔트를 주성분으로 형성되는 아스팔트 겔층(10)과; 상기 아스팔트 겔층(10) 상에 구성되는 재료간의 결합력을 증대시키는 보강재층(20); 및 상기 보강재층(20) 상에 구성되어 방수성능을 가지도록 구성되는 필름층(40)이 일체로 제조되고; 상기 아스팔트 겔층(10)은, 50 ~ 80중량부의 아스팔트와; 5 ~ 12중량부의 개질제와; 5 ~ 8중량부의 가소제와; 3 ~ 8중량부의 점착부여제와; 5 ~ 10중량부의 충진제와; 0.5 ~ 4중량부의 내열성 증강제와; 0.5 ~ 4중량부의 변성개질제와; 0.5 ~ 2중량부의 내충격 보강제; 및 0.5 ~ 2중량부의 접착성능 향상제;로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
