ONE-TOUCH OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE DRAIN
The present invention relates to a one-touch drain hole opening and closing apparatus comprising: a body including a lifting and lowering guide line in an inner circumferential surface; a moving gear including a first guide groove between gear teeth of a first gear part formed in the upper end, and whose lower end is passing through and inserted into the body; a rotating gear including a fixing projection and a second guide groove between teeth of a second gear part, engaged with the first gear part, and inserted into the body; an elastic member inserted into the upper part of the rotating gear; a water cap wherein a rubber ring is inserted into an outer circumferential surface, and fastened to the upper part of the body; and a vortex generator including a protruding piece at an incline from an upper part to a lower part in an outer circumferential surface, and fastened to the lower end of the moving gear. The present invention has effects of reducing manufacture costs by reducing the number of processing and a main component of a product, reducing raw material prices since metal is replaced with plastic as a raw material of a product, being semipermanently used since a user can directly and simply repair in maintenance caused by damage or malfunction of a main component, and allowing the drain speed of water to be faster and preventing foreign substances from being precipitated since vortex is generated in drainage by a vortex generator fastened to a lower part.
내주면에 승하강 가이드 라인이 형성된 몸체와, 상단부에 형성된 제 1기어부의 기어 이와 이사이로 제 1가이드홈이 형성되고 하단부가 상기 몸체를 관통하며 삽입되는 이동기어와, 제 2 기어부의 이와 이 사이에 고정턱과 제 2가이드홈이 순차적으로 형성되며 상기 제 1기어부와 치합되고 상기 몸체에 삽입되는 회전기어와, 상기 회전기어의 상부에 삽입되는 탄성부재와, 외주면에 고무링이 끼워져 있으며 상기 몸체 상부에 체결되는 물마개와, 외주면에 돌기편이 상부에서 하부로 경사지게 형성되며 상기 이동기어의 하단부와 체결되는 와류발생기로 제시된다. 상기와 같이 제시된 본 발명은 제품의 주요구성요소와 가공 공정수가 줄어들어 제작비용을 절감 할수 있으며 제품의 원자재가 금속에서 프라스틱으로 변경되어 원자제 가격 또한 절감이 가능하다. 뿐만아니라 주요구성요소의 파손 또는 고장으로 보수 소요 발생시 사용자가 직접 간단하게 보수가 가능하여 반영구적으로 사용가능하며, 특히 하부에 체결되는 와류발생기로 인하여 배수시 와류가 발생하게 되어 물의 배수속도가 빨라지고 이물질이 침전되는 것을 방지하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
