The present invention relates to a one-touch device for opening and closing a drain, which closes a washbasin and a bathtub to fill the washbasin and the bathtub with water, and more specifically, to a one-touch device for opening and closing a drain which reduces the number of forming processes of main components, assembles and manufactures the main components to allow a user to simply perform maintenance and repair work when the main components are damaged or failed, increases a draining speed and efficiently prevents a foreign substance from settling since a vortex is generated by a vortex generator mounted on a lower portion thereof when water is drained, manufactures a tapered elastic member, increases the height of the vortex generator, and is stably installed on a drain to reduce a failure and provide excellent usability and drainage performance. Also, according to the present invention, the one-touch device for opening and closing a drain comprises: a body having second screw threads formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a lifting/lowering guide groove formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof; a vertical moving gear which has a first gear unit formed on an upper surface thereof, an insertion groove disposed on the inside of an upper portion thereof, and third screw threads formed on an outer circumferential surface of a lower portion thereof, and is inserted into the body; a rotary gear which is inserted into the insertion groove, and has a second gear unit meshed with the first gear unit and a second insertion groove formed on an upper portion thereof; an elastic member inserted into the second insertion groove and narrowly tapered towards a lower portion thereof from an upper portion thereof; a water cap which has a rubber ring inserted on an outer circumferential surface thereof and first screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof to correspond to the second screw threads, and is mounted on an upper portion of the body; and a vortex generator which has a protruding part formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof and inclined from an upper portion thereof to a lower portion thereof, is extended to protrude upwardly, has fourth screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof to correspond to the third screw threads, and is mounted on a lower portion of the body.

본 발명은 세면대 및 욕조 등의 배수구를 폐쇄하여 물을 받기 위한 배수구 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 주요구성요소의 가공 공정수를 줄일 수 있고, 주요구성요소를 조립제작하여 파손 또는 고장 시 사용자가 간단하게 유지보수가 가능하며, 하부에 체결되는 와류발생기로 인하여 물의 배수 시 와류가 발생하기 때문에 배수속도가 빨라짐과 동시에 이물질이 침전되는 것을 효율적으로 방지하는 한편, 탄성부재를 테이퍼지게 제작되고, 와류발생기의 높이를 높여 배수구에 안정적으로 설치되어 고장이 적고 사용감 및 배수가 우수한 원터치 배수구 개폐장치에 관한 기술분가 개시된다. 또한 본 발명은 상기와 같은 소기의 목적을 실현하고자, 제 2나사산이 외주면에 형성되고, 내주면에 승하강 유도홈이 형성되는 몸체와 상부면에 제 1기어부가 형성되고, 상부 내측에 삽입홈이 구비되어 있으며, 하부 외주면에 제 3나사산이 형성되어 상기 몸체에 삽입되는 상하 이동기어와 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되고, 상기 제 1기어부와 치합되는 제 2기어부가 형성되며, 상부에 제 2삽입홈이 형성되는 회전기어와 상기 제 2삽입홈에 삽입되고, 상부에서 하부로 좁게 테이퍼진 탄성부재와 외주면에 고무링이 끼워져 있고, 내주면에 상기 제 2나사산과 대응되게 제 1나사산이 형성되어 상기 몸체 상부에 체결되는 물마개와 외주면에 돌기편이 상부에서 하부로 경사지게 형성되되, 상부로 돌출되게 연장형성되고, 내주면에 상기 제 3나사산과 대응되게 제 4나사산이 형성되어 몸체 하부와 체결되는 와류발생기를 포함하여 구현된다.
