FIXING MEMBER FOR CONNECTING SOIL BAGS AND APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING SOIL BAGS AND REINFORCING SLOPE
The present invention relates to a member for reinforcing and connecting soil bags installed between adjacent soil bags to connect each other, and to reinforce a slope. The member for reinforcing and connecting soil bags comprises: a soil bag connecting member wherein a connection protrusion is protruding in an upper side and a lower side, and for firmly fixing and combining a gap between the soil bags installed in the front of a slope of a retaining wall; a back length reinforcing material combined with the soil bag connecting member, installed in the rear of the soil bags, and for reinforcing a slope; and a fixing material wherein a pair of upper pins is protruding in both ends of the upper part, wherein a pair of lower pins is protruding inside of the lower part, and for firmly binding soil bags arranged in upper and lower sides while fixing the back length reinforcing material to the soil bag connecting member. The present invention has effects of conveniently combining and installing a gap between members, firmly binding soil bags arranged in upper and lower sides while increasing resistance with respect to soil pressure of a backfill soil and sand layer by combining a back length reinforcing material with a soil bag connecting member through a fixing material having upper and lower pins, and firmly fixing and combining a gap between soil bags installed in the front of a slope of a retaining wall; and preventing retaining wall collapse and ground weakness caused by the water pressure of infiltration water.
본 발명은 인접 토낭들 사이에 설치되어 이들을 서로 연결하고 사면을 보강하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재에 관한 것으로, 상측과 하측에 각각 연결돌기가 돌출 형성되어, 옹벽의 사면의 전방에 설치되는 토낭들의 사이를 견고하게 고정 결합하는 토낭 연결재; 상기 토낭 연결재에 결합되고, 토낭들의 후방으로 설치되며, 사면을 보강하는 뒷길이 보강재; 및 상부 양단에 한쌍의 상부핀이 돌출 형성되고, 하부 내측에 한쌍의 하부핀이 돌출 형성되어, 상기 뒷길이 보강재를 상기 토낭 연결재에 고정하면서 상·하측에 배치된 토낭들도 견고하게 결속시키는 고정재;를 포함하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부재간 결합 및 설치 작업이 편리함은 물론, 옹벽의 사면 전방에 설치되는 토낭들 사이를 견고하게 고정 결합하고, 상·하부핀을 구비한 고정재를 통하여 토낭 연결재에 뒷길이 보강재를 결합하여 뒷채움 토사층의 토압에 대한 저항을 증가시키면서 상·하측에 배치된 토낭들도 더욱 견고하게 결속시키며, 더불어 침투수의 수압에 의한 지반 약화 및 옹벽 붕괴를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a member for reinforcing and connecting soil bags installed between adjacent soil bags to connect each other, and to reinforce a slope. The member for reinforcing and connecting soil bags comprises: a soil bag connecting member wherein a connection protrusion is protruding in an upper side and a lower side, and for firmly fixing and combining a gap between the soil bags installed in the front of a slope of a retaining wall; a back length reinforcing material combined with the soil bag connecting member, installed in the rear of the soil bags, and for reinforcing a slope; and a fixing material wherein a pair of upper pins is protruding in both ends of the upper part, wherein a pair of lower pins is protruding inside of the lower part, and for firmly binding soil bags arranged in upper and lower sides while fixing the back length reinforcing material to the soil bag connecting member. The present invention has effects of conveniently combining and installing a gap between members, firmly binding soil bags arranged in upper and lower sides while increasing resistance with respect to soil pressure of a backfill soil and sand layer by combining a back length reinforcing material with a soil bag connecting member through a fixing material having upper and lower pins, and firmly fixing and combining a gap between soil bags installed in the front of a slope of a retaining wall; and preventing retaining wall collapse and ground weakness caused by the water pressure of infiltration water.
본 발명은 인접 토낭들 사이에 설치되어 이들을 서로 연결하고 사면을 보강하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재에 관한 것으로, 상측과 하측에 각각 연결돌기가 돌출 형성되어, 옹벽의 사면의 전방에 설치되는 토낭들의 사이를 견고하게 고정 결합하는 토낭 연결재; 상기 토낭 연결재에 결합되고, 토낭들의 후방으로 설치되며, 사면을 보강하는 뒷길이 보강재; 및 상부 양단에 한쌍의 상부핀이 돌출 형성되고, 하부 내측에 한쌍의 하부핀이 돌출 형성되어, 상기 뒷길이 보강재를 상기 토낭 연결재에 고정하면서 상·하측에 배치된 토낭들도 견고하게 결속시키는 고정재;를 포함하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부재간 결합 및 설치 작업이 편리함은 물론, 옹벽의 사면 전방에 설치되는 토낭들 사이를 견고하게 고정 결합하고, 상·하부핀을 구비한 고정재를 통하여 토낭 연결재에 뒷길이 보강재를 결합하여 뒷채움 토사층의 토압에 대한 저항을 증가시키면서 상·하측에 배치된 토낭들도 더욱 견고하게 결속시키며, 더불어 침투수의 수압에 의한 지반 약화 및 옹벽 붕괴를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
