APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING SOIL BAGS AND REINFORCING SLOPE
The present invention relates to a soil bag connection and reinforcement member which connects soil bags by being installed between adjacent soil bags and reinforces a slope. The soil bag connection and reinforcement member includes: a soil bag connection member including a connection plate formed on both sides, a connection protrusion connecting the adjacent soil bags by individually protruding from an upper surface and a lower surface of the connection plate, and a connection plate formed between the connection plate and having multiple fixing holes and a long connection hole; a rear length reinforcing member installed on the rear side of the soil bag by being connected to the connection plate and including a reinforcing plate having multiple reinforcing grooves in a row and a column and a fixing plate connected to both sides of the reinforcing plate and having fixing hole units, wherein the fixing plate installed on one side is mounted and fixed onto the lower surface of the connection plate by rotating after being uprightly inserted into the connection hole; and a fixing member passing through and connecting to the fixing hole and the fixing hole units and fixing the rear length reinforcing member to the soil bag connection member. According to the present invention, the soil bag connection and reinforcement member can stably fixate and connect the soil bags installed in the front side of the slope of a retaining wall and facilitates connection of members and installation thereof. The soil bag connection and reinforcement member also binds the rear length reinforcing member to the soil bag connection member to increase resistance against a soil pressure of a backfill soil layer and prevents the ground from weakening and the retaining wall from collapsing by a pressure of percolating water.
본 발명은 인접 토낭들 사이에 설치되어 이들을 서로 연결하고 사면을 보강하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재에 관한 것으로, 양측에 형성된 연결판과, 상기 연결판의 상면과 하면에 각각 돌출 형성되어 인접 토낭들을 서로 연결하는 연결돌기와, 상기 연결판의 사이에 형성되고 복수 개의 고정홀과 장공 형상의 결합홀이 형성된 결합판을 포함하는 토낭 연결재; 상기 결합판에 결합되어 토낭의 후방으로 설치되되, 행과 열을 따라 복수 개의 보강홈이 형성된 보강판과, 상기 보강판의 양측에 연결되고 복수 개의 고정공이 형성되며, 일측에 구비된 고정판이 상기 결합홀에 세워져 삽입된 후 회전에 의해 상기 결합판의 하면에 안착되어 고정되는 고정판을 포함하는 뒷길이 보강재; 및 상기 고정홀과 고정공에 관통 결합되어 상기 뒷길이 보강재를 상기 토낭 연결재에 고정하는 고정재;를 포함하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부재간 결합 및 설치 작업이 편리함은 물론, 옹벽의 사면 전방에 설치되는 토낭들 사이를 견고하게 고정 결합하고, 토낭 연결재에 뒷길이 보강재를 결속시켜 뒷채움 토사층의 토압에 대한 저항을 증가시키며, 침투수의 수압에 의한 지반 약화 및 옹벽 붕괴를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING SOIL BAGS AND REINFORCING SLOPE
The present invention relates to a soil bag connection and reinforcement member which connects soil bags by being installed between adjacent soil bags and reinforces a slope. The soil bag connection and reinforcement member includes: a soil bag connection member including a connection plate formed on both sides, a connection protrusion connecting the adjacent soil bags by individually protruding from an upper surface and a lower surface of the connection plate, and a connection plate formed between the connection plate and having multiple fixing holes and a long connection hole; a rear length reinforcing member installed on the rear side of the soil bag by being connected to the connection plate and including a reinforcing plate having multiple reinforcing grooves in a row and a column and a fixing plate connected to both sides of the reinforcing plate and having fixing hole units, wherein the fixing plate installed on one side is mounted and fixed onto the lower surface of the connection plate by rotating after being uprightly inserted into the connection hole; and a fixing member passing through and connecting to the fixing hole and the fixing hole units and fixing the rear length reinforcing member to the soil bag connection member. According to the present invention, the soil bag connection and reinforcement member can stably fixate and connect the soil bags installed in the front side of the slope of a retaining wall and facilitates connection of members and installation thereof. The soil bag connection and reinforcement member also binds the rear length reinforcing member to the soil bag connection member to increase resistance against a soil pressure of a backfill soil layer and prevents the ground from weakening and the retaining wall from collapsing by a pressure of percolating water.
본 발명은 인접 토낭들 사이에 설치되어 이들을 서로 연결하고 사면을 보강하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재에 관한 것으로, 양측에 형성된 연결판과, 상기 연결판의 상면과 하면에 각각 돌출 형성되어 인접 토낭들을 서로 연결하는 연결돌기와, 상기 연결판의 사이에 형성되고 복수 개의 고정홀과 장공 형상의 결합홀이 형성된 결합판을 포함하는 토낭 연결재; 상기 결합판에 결합되어 토낭의 후방으로 설치되되, 행과 열을 따라 복수 개의 보강홈이 형성된 보강판과, 상기 보강판의 양측에 연결되고 복수 개의 고정공이 형성되며, 일측에 구비된 고정판이 상기 결합홀에 세워져 삽입된 후 회전에 의해 상기 결합판의 하면에 안착되어 고정되는 고정판을 포함하는 뒷길이 보강재; 및 상기 고정홀과 고정공에 관통 결합되어 상기 뒷길이 보강재를 상기 토낭 연결재에 고정하는 고정재;를 포함하는 토낭 연결 및 보강 부재를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부재간 결합 및 설치 작업이 편리함은 물론, 옹벽의 사면 전방에 설치되는 토낭들 사이를 견고하게 고정 결합하고, 토낭 연결재에 뒷길이 보강재를 결속시켜 뒷채움 토사층의 토압에 대한 저항을 증가시키며, 침투수의 수압에 의한 지반 약화 및 옹벽 붕괴를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
