본 발명은 가소결 지르코니아 재료를 이트륨 또는 이테르븀 염 용액으로 담금 또는 브러쉬-코팅함으로써 지르코니아 치과용 재료의 반투명성을 변화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 앞니의 절연(incisal) 부분에 대한 반투명성 필요와 관련한 젊은 환자들의 필요가 충족되며, 여기서 크라운 목(crown neck)에서부터 절연 부분까지의 반투명성 정도가 천연 치아와 유사하게 자연스러운 방식으로 점진적으로 변한다. 크라운의 점진적인 색상 변화 효과는 이트륨 또는 이테르븀 염 용액으로 브러쉬-코팅하거나 담금함으로써 제공된다. 또한, 본 발명은 간단한 작업 단계 및 낮은 비용을 제공하며, 품질면에서 높은 일관성을 나타낸다.
The present invention relates to a method for changing translucency of zirconia dental materials through applying an yttrium or ytterbium salt solution onto a pre-sintered zirconia material by dipping or brush-coating. Accordingly, the need of young patient in relation to the translucent requirement for incisal portion of anterior teeth is met in which the translucent level from the crown neck to the incisal portion is gradually changed in a natural manner, similar to natural teeth. A color gradient effect of the crown is produced through dipping in or brush-coatinging with yttrium or ytterbium salt solution. Moreover, the present invention involves simple operating steps and low cost while providing high consistency in quality.
