ONE-TOUCH STEEL REINFORCING BAR COUPLER FOR CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
A high-strength one-touch reinforcing bar coupler according to the present invention comprises: a first main body member wherein a first guide inclined portion is formed on an inner circumferential surface of a hollow portion thereof; a second main body member wherein a second guide inclined portion is formed on a hollow portion thereof; and a connection main body member screw-mounted on corresponding ends of the first and the second main body member to connect the first and the second main body member to each other. A first tightening unit in which first tightening members having a first tightening inclined portion mounted on the first guide inclined portion to be slid are arranged in a circumferential direction is installed on the first main body member. A second tightening unit in which second tightening members having a second tightening inclined portion mounted on the second guide inclined portion to be slid are arranged in the circumferential direction is installed on the second main body member.
본 발명에 따른 고강도 원터치 철근 커플러는 중공부의 내주면에 제 1가이드 경사부가 형성된 제 1본체부재와, 중공부에 제 2가이드 경사부가 형성된 제 2본체부재와, 상기 제 1본체부재 및 제 2본체부재의 대응되는 단부와 각각 나사결합되어 상기 제 1,2본체부재를 상호 연결하는 연결본체부재를 구비하며, 상기 제 1본체부재에는 제 1가이드경사부와 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 제 1조임경사부를 가진 제 1조임부대들이 원주방향으로 배열되어 이루어진 제 1조임유닛이 설치되고, 상기 제 2본체부재에는 제 2가이드경사부와 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 제 2조임경사부를 가진 제 1조임부재들이 원주방향으로 배열되어 이루어진 제 2조임유닛이 설치된다.
