ONE-TOUCH STEEL REINFORCING BAR COUPLER FOR CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a high strength one-touch reinforcing bar coupler, capable of preventing a joint unit of a connection unit from shearing off, by holding the joint unit of the connection unit when a connected reinforcing bar is tensioned, as an even holding force is relatively strongly applied to the connection unit of the reinforcing bar. According to the present invention, the high strength one-touch reinforcing bar coupler includes: a coupler main body having a guide spiral connection unit including a first guide inclination unit inclined from the inner side of a hollow unit to the outer side and formed in a spiral shape to provide a clamping force of the reinforcing bar in the circumferential direction on the inner circumference of the hollow unit, wherein the hollow unit is formed in the longitudinal direction of the coupler main body; and a clamping unit inserted into the hollow unit by being screwed to a first spiral connection unit of the coupler main body and including a clamping spiral connection unit including a first clamping inclination unit individually connected to the first guide inclination units to slide and formed on the outer circumference to provide the clamping force to the reinforcing bar by moving to the outer side when a tensile force is applied to the reinforcing bar to be connected, wherein the clamping unit also includes multiple clamping members having a holding unit comprising an insertion unit supported as the each joint unit is inserted therein and the each joint unit protrudes on the outer circumference of the reinforcing bar connected to the inner circumference in the circumferential direction.
본 발명에 따른 고강도 원터치 철근 커플러는 길이 방향으로 중공부가 형성되며 중공부의 내주면에 원주방향으로 철근의 조임력을 제공하기 위해 나선형으로 형성되며 중공부의 내측으로부터 외측방향으로 경사진 제1가이드경사부를 가지는 가이드나선결합부를 가지는 커플러 본체와, 상기 커플러 본체의 제 1나선결합부와 나사결합되어 중공부에 삽입되는 것으로, 상기 제1가이드경사부들과 각각 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되며 결합되는 철근에 인장력의 작용 시 외측방향으로 이동되어 철근에 조임력을 제공할 수 있도록 외주면에 제1조임경사부를 가진 조임나선결합부를 구비하며 내주면에 결합되는 철근의 외주면을 따라 원주방향으로 돌출되게 형성되는 각 마다부가 삽입되어 지지되는 인입부로 이루어진 파지부가 마련된 복수개의 조임부재들을 포함하는 조임유닛을 포함한다.
